When I started this site six years ago (my how time flies) it was something I'd hoped would become part of a communication process with people who shared my interests in electronics. 

By Fall 2004 the site was outdated, and the effort to update it seemed unjustified judged by how little feedback I've had from the tens of thousands of people who have visited. So I shut the site down. 

However, I've had more email since shutting down than I had in the previous few years, so I decided it was worth revamping. The reconstruction is far from complete, and will likely go on indefinitely!

Thanks to those who visited my old site, and especially to those who let me know the material was helpful.
